Recovery is about getting your life and identity back, being able to connect with friends, enjoy food again and feel calm in your own body. You don’t have to do it alone and you don’t have to have all the answers first.

I offer specialist eating disorder therapy for adults and young people across Lancashire including in Preston, Chorley and Garstang with sessions available locally and online across the UK.
Online sessions allow you to access support conveniently and at a lower cost from wherever feels most comfortable and safe for you, while still receiving high-quality, evidence-based care. I am insured to work in the UK and beyond.
I have access to dedicated therapy spaces across Lancashire so whether you are based here or elsewhere in the UK, therapy can be accessed in a way that fits around your needs and circumstances.
